January The newly established wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Xinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone with a registered capital of 80 million yuan.
November Acquired 70% equity of Shenzhen Haotian Photoelectric Co., Ltd. to fill the blank of white light packaging field.2014

September Fujian Xinda Optoelectronics officially kicked off construction2013
March Established Fujian Xinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., located in Quanzhou (Hutou) Optoelectronic Industrial Park, with a registered capital of 150 million yuan, covering an area of 300 acres.
September It acquired a 65% stake in Shenzhen Anpu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to further expand its LED market share.2012
The sales scale exceeded 300 million yuan, and was awarded “the key enterprise of strategic emerging industries in Fujian Province” and was awarded “2012 The Most Growth Enterprise in Xiamen”.
2011
Xiamen Xinda Optoelectronics launched the “LED packaging expansion project Phase I project” with a total investment of 120 million yuan. LED packaging product parameters have reached the industry leading level, becoming a cooperative brand of large LED display manufacturers including many listed companies.
2010
LED street lamps have been widely used in Xiamen, Wuhu, Huainan, Tianjin Binhai New Area, Jingzhou and other cities, with shipments exceeding 50,000 baht, making it one of the earliest scale manufacturers of LED street lamps in China.
2009
LED street light won the "China International Industry Fair City LED Lighting Product Silver Award"; Xiamen City "Ten Cities Wanhao" semiconductor lighting application demonstration project; LED street light, tunnel light products, day and night automatic dimming LED traffic lights listed in 2009-2011 Annual "Xiamen City Energy Conservation Technology and Product Recommendation Catalogue".
2008
Successfully developed LED street lamps, LED tunnel lights, LED tubes, LED downlights, LED panel lights, LED bulbs and other indoor and outdoor LED lighting products. LED street light has been successfully applied to Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, and it is one of the earliest application cases of LED street lamps in China.

Xiamen Xinda Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established and entered the LED industry in an all-round way.
